"If you have ever fantasised about parties of sophistication and champagne-fuelled sex then Belle Baise is the place to be.

Their website promises evenings of candle-lit luxury - an exclusive night for the young and the beautiful - and as any apprehensive first timers would think, is it all too good to be true?

Well ditch your hopes and fears and let me reassure you by saying that having sampled it for ourselves, they tick all the boxes.

Having begun our day tentatively searching for our evening’s attire, we had butterflies of excitement hours in advance. What will it be like? Who will be there? Will we fit in? All these questions were running around our heads all day.

As the rain poured down outside, we quickly made our way back to the hotel and spent the first half of the evening getting ready (a.k.a drinking) getting rid of our nervous apprehensions. It was like Christmas Eve all over again and we were 6 (although we didn't drink that much when we were 6. Honest.)

Before we knew it, it was 9pm and time to head off to our first Belle Baise party.

When we arrived at the venue, a very polite young lady cross-referenced our credentials on her laptop and a doorman chaperoned us personally to the party. As far as first impressions go, it was clear that this party was well-organised, professionally run and a very classy affair.

Lucky for us then this was just the beginning.

When we entered the venue (what can only be described as a luxurious 5-Star penthouse apartment) there was already 20+ beautiful swingers mingling over champagne and strawberries by candlelight. Within 60 seconds the gorgeous Freja had introduced herself and made us feel welcome. She showed us to the cloakroom and poured us a nice chilled glass of champagne. So far, so fantastic.

The night progressed with us chatting away to couples just like us (the average age was only 27) from literally all over the world. Within half an hour we had almost forgotten where we were and what was to follow. Although we tried to talk to as many couples as we could, we instantly clicked with one couple in particular. We are not really sure why this happened but we were certainly glad it did.

By 10:30pm the main living area was starting to thin out as more and more couples retired to the bedrooms for some fun. Before I knew it I was stood in one of the bedrooms watching my girlfriend kissing another girl on the bed while she was having sex with her partner.

Something told me that the night had now truly begun!

For the majority of the night thereafter we found ourselves flitting in between the bedrooms and the living area with our newly found couple; having fun with them before relaxing over more wine and champagne, then back for more fun before relaxing again. It all felt so natural it was almost surreal.

One highlight in particular was standing in the bedroom surrounded by naked bodies discussing between us how we should make use of the fantastic walk in shower!

As our friends made their way home, we ended the night in one of the bedrooms where we were joined by 3 other naked bodies on a king size bed. By daybreak (yes we know, sunlight...evil) we clambered from the mattress and dusted ourselves off. Our watches said we were way past closing time but the ever-smiling Freja didn't bat an eyelid.

As she stood there she asked us how our first time had been. We simply looked at her and smiled breathlessly from ear to ear. We didn't think a reply was really necessary!

As we made our way back to the hotel with enough memories to fill a bank we smiled and laughed at the night's events. We couldn’t have wished for a more perfect introduction to the scene and it was just what we had hoped for and much, much more.

The only negative comment we could make on the night was that although the venue was at a very private and secure location, we couldn't help feel that the security could have been a little better in the penthouse itself (we're not sure what would have happened if an argument or fight would have taken place in there for example) however, as a fledgling event I'm sure this sort of thing will be addressed in the future.
